Robert C. S. v. Barbara J. S. 434 A. 2d 383 (Del. 1981) All pension rights, whether vested or unvested, contributory or noncontributory, constitute property that may be divided at divorce. Any contingencies have no effect on the right to these pensions, but only affect the value of the rights.
