Defined Benefits Pensions

Fla. Stat. Ann. Section 61.075;  Vaccaro v. Vaccaro, 677 So. 2de 919 (Fla. App. 1996);  DeLoach v. DeLoach 590 So. 2d 956 (Fla. App. 1991); Hennessey v. Hennessey, 551 So. 2d 597 (Fla. App. 1989) All pension rights, whether vested or unvested, contributory or noncontributory, constitute property that may be divided at divorce.  Any contingencies have no effect on the right to these pensions, but only affect the value of the rights.
